Brand Copy

Overview

:Delmain is a web design & online marketing agency in Portland, OR. In 2021, the company rebranded to focus all marketing efforts on dentists. I joined this rebranding project to develop :Delmain’s new voice and tone, and write the copy for the new website.

 

STRATEGY

:Delmain uses the Storybrand Framework, a popular messaging technique. These concepts guided the content strategy for the new website, including:

  • Simple and clear copy, keeping the word count short

  • Address the challenges, emotions, needs, and questions dentists face

  • Focus on the outcome — what dentists can expect when they work with :Delmain

  • Keyword optimization on every page

  • Emphasizing the primary CTA — requesting a consultation

 

Execution

After the color palette, typography, logo, voice, and tone were solidified, the creative team went to work developing wireframes, creating the design, and writing copy to fit the layout. This project was highly collaborative and led to a successful launch of the new website and brand in early 2022.
