Pickett Dummigan McCall (PDM) is the largest personal injury law firm in Portland, OR. They needed an updated website and all-new copy that reflected their unique approach and high level of expertise. This new website would serve as the launching point for a modern digital marketing strategy.

Interview the client to understand their unique selling proposition
Work together to create PDM’s content persona
Develop the project creative brief
Meet with the client’s branding representative to further understand the brand’s voice, tone, and approach
Collaborate with SEO team, designers, and developers to create the website wireframe, including info architecture
Write all new website copy (17 pages), gaining client’s feedback, edits, and final approval
Conduct a quality assurance audit of the new site before launch
